Cedar which is used as a cleansing tool helps to give us protection, as it purifies and clears away negative energies from an environment. Helps to keep us grounded, giving us that sense of stability. Burning cedar help is know to help enhance meditations.

How to use a Cedar bundle:

• Carefully light the end of the bundle, and allow the flame to extinguish itself after a few seconds (or gently blow it out), use the smoke to cleanse the area. Ensure a window is open to allow all unwanted energies to escape.
• Use a heat-proof dish during, and for storage. Keep away from flammable materials, never leave a burning bundle unattended!
• Each bundle can be used until fully burned, always treat ashes with respect, and bury or use in the garden. Believed by many cultures to be holy, so never treat with disrespect or just throw away!
