If you are not fully satisfied with your crystals, or any other products they can be refunded within 14 days for a refund. All items must be undamaged, and in an unused condition. Please contact us for more details.
We work closely with our suppliers, to get a wide range of crystals. If there is something you are looking for in particular, please email us, and we will try to help as much as we can ♥
We aim to package & ship all orders within 3-5 days. We will contact you if there are any unexpected delays.
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible, before shipping. Otherwise shipping costs are non-refundable. All items will need to be returned unused, before an refund will be issued.
Yes ♥ All our crystals are natural, they may have been polished, or carved but details of this will be in product descriptions. We do not usually stock man-made crystals, but if we have ordered due to popular demand, this will be written in the product description.
