Sacred Empowerment
I’ve learned recently that there is nothing more powerful than remembering your own inner magic 😊 Looking after ourselves is so important, without our mind, body and soul we would not exist, but life gets too difficult sometimes it’s hard to remember how to look after number one!
Why is it Sacred? Because you are sacred… your body, mind & spirit are your temple take care of you ♥
There are so many methods of healing rituals, try to implement them into your daily life. How about trying to use:
Crystals
These treasures from Mother Earth can help us so much in our day too day life, these beauties all have different vibrational frequencies, which can influence us and our placebo helping us to get through the day. Remember to cleanse your little treasures regularly to help them with any build up.
Meditation
Taking time each day to connect with your body and focusing on your breathing. We go through so much stress in day-to-day life, it’s important for us to reconnect & slow down our minds.
Gratitude
Practice gratitude every day – this can be as simple as acknowledging the beauty around you or being grateful for the blessings you have already received, remember positivity helps bring in more positivity ♥ Consider keeping a gratitude journal, this can be useful for writing down your intentions, which can be looked back on especially in difficult times.
Journaling
Start your morning or end your day by journaling how you think & feel, this can help you process what has happened, and a brilliant way to keep track of life in general. Sitting down and writing can help you think of things you may have missed or remember good signs from the universe! What’s the best thing about journaling? Well, it’s judgement free, as your writing for yourself in private! Spending just 10 – 15 minutes a day can be so beneficial for our mind, and soul.
Diet
Changing your diet, and eating well – fuel your body, and treat your body like a temple ♥
I’m realistic… yes, every now and again treat yourself, but over-indulging constantly can lead to negative effects, the worse our body feels the more it impacts our mind!
Mindful exercises
Yoga, and other gentle exercises! For example, simply walking out in nature can help us re-connect with ourselves. It has shown to reduce stress and lower our blood pressure.
Prayer
Taking a few minutes each day to prayer is said to help us mentally and physically, opening the mind can help us by processing our thoughts. You do not need to be linked to any specific religion to do this, you can try to communicate with passed loved ones, or your guides. Do whatever feels right for you.
Spending time in nature
There is the saying “hug a tree” and you know what it’s true, connecting with Mother Earth can help us heal in ways we didn’t know possible. The world is so busy and with the advance in technology it can be hard for us to switch off… especially with our colleagues or workplaces being able to reach us 24/7 via our phones. Turn your phone off, do some gardening, or go for a long walk in nature, without any distractions. You will notice how much better you feel immediately, especially if you place your hands or feet in the Earth ♥
Cleansing
Spend time cleansing yourself, using water is one of the easiest ways to do this. Take a long shower or soak in the bath, or run in a stream, river or the ocean (just be safe 😊)
You can also use crystals next to your bedside, or next to you in the bath or shower (make sure they’re water safe).
Allow the water to run over yourself and think about all your fear and doubts washing away. Picture a white light coming into you via the water, re-charging you as it passes through. Go outside, and ground yourself in the Earth 😊
Charging
Give yourself that natural energy boost & sit in the Sun and take in those beautiful rays! Even if it’s just for a few minutes, allow the radiant energy to channel into you, vitamin D is good for you after all!
By implementing some of these into your daily life it can help you get through those tough times, the world news can seem extremely negative currently so switch it off and take time for yourself. Recharge & take care of you ♥😊
