Important Shipping information
All packages are sent via Tracked shipping only. This is to reduce the likelihood of missing packages.
All crystals are posted in boxes – all packaging is plastic free, and eco-friendly (please see our ethics page for more info ♥)
*PLEASE NOTE* Costs have been rising for all small businesses, therefore we do have a very small packaging fee which is already within our postage cost, this is only so we can keep the costs of our crystals as low as possible! However, if we are able to get your package shipped a lot cheaper than you’ve been charged we will contact you, to discuss a refund of the difference.
*Please note!* As a token of our gratitude we do usually include a small gift (this is not covered by any shipping costs, this is completely free!) with every purchase, however, sometimes this is not always possible due to ever rising costs ♥
All international orders are sent via the UPS, FEDEX or Royal Mail tracked shipping, depending on the best price.
*PLEASE NOTE* Crystal and the Wolf is not responsible for any import or customs charges/taxes that may occur, unfortunately this is out of our control. By purchasing from us you are agreeing to pay any charges which may occur during the shipping process.
When do we ship your order?
We aim to package and ship all orders within 2-3 days once the order has been placed. If there are any delays we will contact you as soon as possible.
We currently use Royal Mail for shipping, however, due to their rising shipping costs we are currently researching suitable courier alternatives, to keep costs as low as possible. We do not include shipping costs within the crystal prices, to keep crystal prices as low as possible.
